I had an amazing time staying here. The location is perfect for nature lovers, with easy access to numerous hiking trails within a few minutes' drive. The hotel facilities are top-notch and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, with excellent English skills. I was also thrilled with the fast internet service in my room.

The lack of free room upgrade was a bit of a letdown.

The location of the hotel was great for hiking and enjoying nature. It was a peaceful and quiet area with easy access to many hiking trails and outdoor activities. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, and they spoke good English. the fast internet was a bonus and made streaming and staying connected with friends and family easy.
Despite the hotel being mostly empty due to some circumstances, I was not offered a room upgrade.

The hotel's location was perfect for nature lovers as it was surrounded by beautiful forests and hiking trails that were easily accessible within 2-10 minutes. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, making communication easy. The rooms had fast and reliable internet, which was a plus for those who needed to stay connected.
The staff could have easily made my stay more enjoyable with a simple gesture, but chose not to. It was a letdown to have missed out on the potential of an amazing view during my stay.
